Ed Sutcliffe
Financial Director
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales, with 20+ years across corporate finance, private equity and financial reporting. He spent eight years in New Zealand with PwC and BDO on IPOs and restructurings before joining private-equity-backed TVI Group in 2014. Since 2017, he has been CFO of AIM-listed Sabien Technology Group plc, bringing listed-company governance and capital-markets expertise to the Board.
Richard Logan

A sports executive, transformational leader and former professional cricketer with a track record of driving organisational change, modernising operations and building high-performing networks across the cricket landscape the UK, South Asia, Australia and the Caribbean. After a professional playing career with Northamptonshire, Nottinghamshire, Hampshire and Surrey (1996–2009), he moved into sports leadership and administration, combining elite sporting experience with strategic business acumen.
Tim Howland

A career spanning sport and media from TV production into TV rights, funding and sponsorship at Octagon CSI and World Sport Group worldwide. Highlights include the ICC Cricket World Cup rights acquisition, serving as European CEO of World Sport Group and of the Ladies European Tour (Solheim Cup winners, 2000), and directing the winning Wales Ryder Cup bid. He worked alongside Lord Coe in the private sector, was a Managing Partner at Havas Sport & Entertainment, and sat on the inaugural board of the Eden Project's Big Lunch. More recently, he has backed early-stage technology and led sport- and health-focused businesses. Founding Partner at Ponte Visum Partners.
